BARGAINPOINT™ has the option to substitute any item on backorder for a comparable item of equal or greater value.
Backorders are shipped automatically. Please call in advance if you wish to cancel.
Backorders less than $10 are automatically deleted. Please be sure to include on next order.

All products sold by BARGAINPOINT™ are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer's limited warranty. Please read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period, service and transferability varies by manufacturer and product. All products for which BARGAINPOINT™ is not an authorized dealer/distributor, warranties will be handled by BARGAINPOINT™.

FREIGHT TERMS
Standard Ground freight will be prepaid on all electronics orders shipped to a single destination in the continental United States. A 3% freight allowance will be applied to all orders over $800.00 shipped to one location in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or Mexico. However, maximum amount of office machines, tape products, batteries, moving supplies, furniture, home theater kits, super shields, metal/wood products, and 500' and 1000' spools of wire may not exceed 50% of total order in either circumstance. Speaker boxes & 25" or larger televisions are excluded from prepaid freight program.
All other orders are subject to carrier's published shipping rates.
If any order originally qualified for prepaid freight, one backorder from that order will be prepaid freight. All other subsequent backorders are subject to normal freight charges.
All orders are shipped Standard Ground freight. Damage is the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from BARGAINPOINT™. The customer must make damage claims as soon as detected. Damage claims must be made to the carrier within 5 days of receipt. Save all boxes and packing material. All shipping/pricing discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
All freight charges are subject to dimensional/oversize carrier weight regulations.
Addresses determined by carrier as residential are subject to residential delivery rates.
SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders require a signed Special Order Request form and a 50% deposit, debited to the customer's credit card, before the special order is placed by BARGAINPOINT™. The remaining merchandise charges will be charged to the customer's credit card and shipped.
RETURNS
All returns require a signed Return Goods Authorization signed by an authorized BARGAINPOINT™ representative. (Please call for an RA number. RA's received without this authorization will not be accepted.) RA's are effective for 7 days only. Replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.
All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restock fee within 7 days of purchase and will only be accepted in re-saleable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.
All items returned with missing parts will be charged a 15% remanufacturing fee.
Defective product can be returned to BARGAINPOINT™ within 7 days of sale. After 7 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.
Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return. Color copiers, printers, fax machines and toner cartridges are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days after sale, regardless of reason.
RA number must be printed clearly on outside carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging.
Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return.
Certain items are not eligible for return to BARGAINPOINT™, and must instead be handled directly with the manufacturer. These items are marked.
If order is refused for any reason, Bargain point will be compensated for all shipping charges and a 15% restock fee.
Allow two weeks for return processing.
No Cash Refunds will be allowed. Credit only will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice.
PLACING ORDERS CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE.
